Live Dashboard Is Not Showing Any Information

If you are not seeing any information in the Fastvue Reporter Dashboard, go to Settings | Sources.

Make sure your source(s) show records being imported. If there are records being imported and if the source has only recently been added, wait for a few more minutes and the dashboard should come to life!

The Dashboard will show information once it has received its first batch of syslog traffic from Sophos Web Appliance. Depending on how much data you have being sent, this may take a few minutes.
